It has been so warm here, and there are still plenty of trees with leaves on them. And I love the way the leaves look on the ground. And the sound they make when you walk over them.
And there are plenty of trees that have lost all their leaves too. It makes me kind of sad. They look so bare and empty.
But the bare trees make it much easier to search for and chase squirrels.
And it was so nice that when we got home Lola when out on the porch to enjoy the nice weather before the snow that is reported to be coming this weekend. I think Lola could sense it wanted to spend most of the weekend outside.
Your town looks very inviting! Love the leaves!
ReplyDeleteHugs & smoochies!! XOXO

Everything look so fall like there, how cool! The weather in Texas was wonderful this weekend too! Gald you and Miss Lola had some great walks!
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice walk! It's been real cold here, and now it's SNOWING! Ugh, guess fall has officially turned into winter!

What a great walk you went on, Lola! Riley's outside (barking) right now but she's been enjoying our weather too. She hopes it snows this year because she loves snow and last year she was on crate rest for her hips when it snowed a lot. Bummer!

Gotta say, I'm jealous of your weather. There's a lot of lovely leaves on the ground here but they are too wet to do much crunching.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these photos!
It sure is a purrty day. Don't all those leaves belong on the trees?
