Update on the Planet Dog Cosmos Ball

As most have you have seen Lola can destroy just about anything.  And toys are on the top of list of things to destroy.  I was a little worried when I got the Planet Dog cosmos ball.  It was soft and mailable, and those are exactly the type of toys that Lola loves to destroy.  So the question is how has the Planet Dog cosmos ball held up?

This has been on of the best toys I have ever bought for Lola.  She absolutely loves it.  She loves playing with it everyday.  And I love that it is easy to get out of her mouth when we are playing, (she loves playing keep away).

She even loves just laying with it.

If any of you are good at destroying toys, you should try one of these.  This ball is great.

  1. Thanks for the recommendation. We have an Orbee Tuff ball that has lasted a loooong time, but we haven't tried one of these yet. Riley is obsessed with playing ball, so I'll definitely have to get her one!

  3. We see Lola is an expert in the "chin-guard" move. A favorite around here! What is that ball called? We are always looking for toys that can stand up to "rottie enthusiasm"!!

  7. That is the best! I love finding toys that Ellie can't destroy. Toys that only last 1 day seem like such a waste of money lol.

  11. What a fun looking toy!
Sadly, Rudy isn't allowed to have any balls (guide dog rules)... but I bet he would enjoy it!

  12. The guide dog school has many rules, some have great reasons behind them... others are just "rules".

They really don't like the guide dog puppies to play with balls & Frisbees, as those are also common toys kids play with... and when the dog is working with the blind person, they may get quite distracted when they see kids throwing around a ball (or Frisbee).
So while our own dogs can play with balls, Rudy is taught to "leave it" and does very well at it :) Though I know he's dying to play with one!
I never mind answering questions, so thanks for asking!

  18. Thanks for stopping by! Lola is gorgeous. We will definitely have to get a Cosmos Ball for Dozer. He destroys everything. It used to take Gidget about a year to ruin a fluffy toy, but Dozer wants to gnaw on them and pull the fluff out. It's frustrating, to say the least.
