Toys

Lola loves her toys, and has a basket to hold all of them when they are put away.  Well, this weekend Lola decided she wanted to play with some of her toys, or something like that.

First she started pulling her basket out.  I just figured she was trying to get one of the toys at the bottom of the basket.  That did not appear to be what Lola wanted.  First she started by dumping out all the toys.



Then she started to carrying her empty basket around.






What!?! I wanted to play with the basket!!

Hey, at least she had fun with it for about 20 minutes and I could get some homework done.   Whatever works right?

    Oh Lola...you and Riley are so much alike! We used to have an actual basket-basket, like a weaved basket, but Riley chewed that up when she was a puppy. Then there was a plastic basket...the bottom of that got cracked apart because Riley felt the need to scratch it over time after time. Now we have a plastic bin that seems to have lasted quite a while.

    But isn't playing with the bin half the fun?? ;)

    Lol. They are like kids, aren't they? You give them a basket full of toys expecting them to go crazy fro these awesome toys that you have picked out, and what do you know.. They are not rummaging through the toys to find the best ones, they just want to play with the thing it came in. These pictures put a smile on my face. Lola is beautiful.

    Hahaha that is too cute! Ellie likes to pull all of the toys out of her basket sometimes too. Dogs are so silly :)

    Lola we use to have a basket too... but we chewed it and carried it around one to many times. Wish we could play with you

    Oh Addy does the same thing. She is the most toyish dog that Mom has ever seen. SHe chews on the basket too, crazy dog!! bol
