Elk Antler

I think we have all seen how well Lola destroys things.  And I am always on the look out for new things that Lola cannot destroy.  I finally found one, an elf antler.

Let me tell you this antler is amazing.  She has had it for 4 months and it is still going strong.  And Lola loves it.

I have a feeling this antler will be around for a while.

  12. Oh my goodness, we have got to get one of those. Trip is a destroyer. His toys do not last long at all. No matter the size, he seems to take them out in just a couple of days. Can not wait til I can get my hands on one of these. Being in the south, they shouldn't be too hard to find. Thanks for the tip. And Lola is beautiful..

  18. Hi Lola, Nice to meet you. I am withyou on the antler thing. First off you are not killing any critters to get them cause they fall off naturally and secondly, at least where I live, you can find then on your hikes and you don't have to buy them.

And third....they do last forever. Especially the Big Elk ones.
Anyway, I am excited you have me for Christmas and I ma more excited to be able to start following you and reading about your life.

    See ya soon
    Bert

  21. Good luck with your antler, Lola! Shiva's mom (Rescued Insanity) is running a contest about how long Shiva's antler will last. So far the antler is winning!

OMD!!! Stumpy and I are seriously overwhelmed by all the comments and positive responses to Willie's rescue.

I just want everyone to know that Stumpy and I were merely pawns in this rescue. The real thanks goes to Mayzie's Grampa J who directed Willie's rescue, The Briard network who ran to the rescue and to the Angel Lady who stepped up to the plate.

I know each and every one of us do whatever we can to support the animals, the rescues and each other in our quest to make the world a better place. Each little miracle is the direct result of like minded people doing what they can do.

    Happy, Waggin' Tails, FUREVER!
    Stumpy and me
